How is the project workflow organised?
1. Research and analysis
The first stage involves an in-depth analysis of the target audience and competitors. An important part of this stage is UX research, which helps to understand user needs and identify key features that will need to be considered in the design.
2. UX design
At this stage, the structure of the site/application is determined, the page map and their interaction scenarios are worked out. Content is also worked out in detail and prototypes of future pages are created.
3. UI design
After the general concept is approved, the visual style of the product is developed: logo, color palette, fonts and graphic elements. Further, on its basis, page/screen designs are created. They are tested for usability and, if necessary, finalized.
4. Development & Testing
Includes page/screen layout, technical implementation of functionality and SEO-optimization. At this stage, the domain, analytics systems and integration with other services are connected. The final product is tested on various scenarios to exclude the occurrence of errors.
5. Efficiency assessment
After the launch of the project, key metrics are collected and analyzed. This allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of the design to make adjustments to improve the product.
What is your role in the project?
I am engaged in research, UX/UI design and web development. Also, the project may require other work - to write text, draw unique illustrations or develop functionality on a certain stack. Depending on the tasks, I can involve a copywriter, graphic designer, developers and other specialists.
If the project already has a team, I am ready to join it as a product designer.
What is the advantage of the tools you use?
Figma – for creating designs
I use Figma for interface design and prototyping. It is a collaborative design tool that allows me to create and animate design layouts on a professional level. I can show you the progress of work in real time and coordinate the visuals with you.
Tilda and Webflow – for website development
Tilda is a versatile builder that can be used to quickly test hypotheses or launch a landing page or online store. It is ideal for small businesses that need a website without strong functionality. You can edit the content of Tilda sites yourself, without the need for a programmer.
Webflow is a more professional website development tool that can be used to create beautiful and functional websites with high performance and CMS support. It is suitable for larger companies with higher requirements for development capabilities and performance. I will help you determine the platform to be used according to your tasks and requirements at the start of the project.
What are the payment terms?
The project is divided into 2-3 stages, and each stage requires a 100% prepayment. I am a sole proprietor and work with legal entities, so we can sign a contract and generate an invoice for payment if desired.
Each stage includes 2 free rounds of edits. This should be enough for quality development and getting the desired result. Any additional edits will be billed separately according to the tariff.
Will I be able to edit the result myself?
Yes, you will be able to make any changes to the design layout or website. At the beginning of our cooperation, we will discuss the structure of the site with you, and I will optimize the pages so that they are easy for you to edit in the future. If needed, I will also send you a video tutorial on how to edit content and individual parts of the site.
Is there any post-launch support for the project?
Yes, I provide post-launch support for the project. This includes technical support for the project and assistance with any questions you may have. I will also help you to troubleshoot any errors that may occur after the site is launched. Other changes and refinements will be charged separately at the tariff, e.g.:
